THE DOGWOOD ARTS REGIONAL EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be on display June 1- 31, 2017 at the Knoxville Convention Center.
The opening reception is on June 2, 2017 from 5:30-9:00pm at the KCC.
The three pieces I've entered are below. The start of the year has already been a very productive one for me, and deciding which pieces to enter was very difficult. In any event, here they are, and now I have to wait and see if I get juried into this prestigious exhibition again.

The first one is titled "Diego's Wall". The size is 29.5" x 41.25" . It's a mixed media painting which I recently finished. I used Watercolor, Ink, Oil Paint, Wax to complete this painting. In addition I used Titanium Dioxide along the outside border .

The second piece is a self-portrait, measuring 21.5" x 23.5". It's another mixed media painting that I completed yesterday. I incorporated watercolor, ink, oil paint, wax, and titanium dioxide along the edge of the watercolor paper. IT MADE IT INTO THE EXHIBITION! Winner - Best in Show

The third piece, and my favorite, I entered into the show is titled "Kathy Valentine." It's a portrait I gave my wife Kathy on Valentine's Day. The size of this painting is 24" x 24" x 2".
